Terms of service

By using the TurboGEO website and app you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully, especially the parts about the details you provide and third-party platforms.

1. The service

TurboGEO provides tools to build entity profiles, register and update profiles on third-party platforms, share content and track the results.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for all activity in your account. One person or organisation may manage several entities in one account.

3. Details you provide

  • You confirm that your entity details are true and that you have the right to use the names, brands and images involved.
  • You may not use the service to impersonate other people or organisations, publish misleading details, spam, or publish unlawful content.
  • We may suspend or refuse requests that break this section.

4. Third-party platforms

Profiles created on third-party platforms are subject to each platform's terms. Platforms may change their rules, limit or remove profiles, which TurboGEO cannot control.

5. Credits and payment

  • The service is paid for in credits. The price of each action is shown in the app before you confirm.
  • Credits are only charged when an action completes. Membership tiers, discounts and bonus credits follow the current settings and may change.

6. No ranking guarantee

TurboGEO does not guarantee Google rankings, a Knowledge Panel, or the answers of any AI assistant. Those are decided by Google and AI companies.

7. Ownership

The details and content you provide remain yours; you allow TurboGEO to use them to deliver the service. The software, interface and TurboGEO brand belong to TurboGEO.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TurboGEO is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability does not exceed what you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. When they change, the date at the top changes with them and significant changes are announced in the app.
