1. Scope

This policy covers the TurboGEO website and the app at app.turbogeo.net (together, the “service”).

2. Data we collect

• When you visit the website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit, kept in server logs to run and protect the system.
• When you submit a form or a comment: the name, email and text you enter.
• When you use the app: account details, top-up and credit history, and the entity details you provide (name, description, address, phone, official channels…).

3. What we use data for

• Providing the service: building entity profiles, registering and updating profiles, sharing content at your request.
• Billing, fraud prevention and account security.
• Answering enquiries and support.
• Improving the website and service from aggregated figures.

4. Details made public at your request

The service exists to publish the entity details you approved on third-party platforms. Those details become public on those platforms and are subject to each platform's own terms and policies. Do not put anything in your details that you do not want public.

5. Cookies

The website uses the NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language (kept for 1 year). The app uses cookies required for signing in. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

6. Third parties processing data

We use infrastructure providers (servers, databases, file storage) and AI services to draft entity profiles. They only process the data needed for what they provide. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention and security

Account data is kept while the account is active and for as long as the law requires for transaction records. Server logs are kept briefly, then deleted. Data travels over HTTPS and internal access is restricted.

8. Your rights

You may view, correct and delete your personal data and withdraw consent. Entity details can be edited directly in the app; profiles created on third-party platforms may need to be removed through that platform's own process.

9. Changes to this policy

When the policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes are announced in the app.
